The industry standard for Total TV reporting

Virtual Australia, or ‘VOZ’, is the foundation of Australia’s ‘Total TV’ measurement standard, bringing together broadcast viewing on TV sets and granular BVOD viewing on connected devices to provide truly national, de-duplicated, all-screen, cross-platform planning, trading and reporting for Australia’s media industry.

OzTAM publishes a fixed set of predefined reports that provide a snapshot of national free-to-air (FTA) Total TV viewing and program performance across demographics, drawn from the VOZ Total TV currency database.

The VOZ Total TV reports are the public source of information on audiences consuming Free-to-Air (FTA) broadcaster content across both broadcast TV and BVOD and are made available at 11.30am AEDT.

Available reports

• Daily VOZ Total TV Overnight Top 30 program ranking report:
  National FTA program results ranked on Total TV reach for the previous day
• Daily VOZ Total TV Consolidated 7 program ranking report:
  National FTA program results ranked on Total TV reach for the most recent consolidated date i.e. 8 days prior
• Weekly ‘When Watched’ Cumulative reach: For each survey week detailing National, Metropolitan and Regional cumulative reach split by Broadcast TV Only, BVOD Only and Both (broadcast TV and BVOD) delivered on Tuesdays
