TIME SHIFT VIEWING

Commencing Week 1, 2010 (w/c 27th December 2009), the OzTAM television ratings service includes the measurement and reporting of Time Shift Viewing (TSV). This is the most significant change to Australian television audience measurement since people meters were introduced in 1991 and recognises the increasing use of personal video recorders (PVRs). On this page, media industry leaders discuss the implications of OzTAM's enhanced service.
